The company was taken over in 2007 following a Management Buyout by Adele Irwin, who is now the Managing Director, and has 13 years experience of working alongside the former owner Judith Bulman. The other directors of the company are Anthony Phillipson and Darren Turnbull, who are more recognisable locally as the owners of Financial Concepts Independent Financial Advisers, who were formerly Tiffens Independent Financial Services.

Judith Bulman continues on a part time basis as a Management Consultant which provides the company's clients with continuity and ensures that the company continues to benefit from her wealth of experience in the industry.

Lynda Lattimer joined the company over 5 years ago and has vast knowledge of the lettings market and has first-rate customer service skills.

Dianne McDermott is a highly skilled Administrator who is responsible for the ongoing management of our website.

Carolyn Stevens is our receptionist and has excellent customer service skills and provides our existing and potential tenants and landlords with the best possible service.
